LG's 2023 OLED TVs are now more brighter, smarter, and color accurate

We can't wait to see the most recent tech innovations in Las Vegas later this week at the biggest tech event of the year. The CES 2023 show floor will open to the public in a few days, but companies have already begun teasing some of the newest products that will be unveiled at the event. Samsung unveiled its lineup of next-generation monitors earlier today, which it would demonstrate later this week. LG has now provided some information regarding its 2023 OLED TV lineup.

In a public statement today, LG reported that it would feature its most recent evo series televisions at CES 2023. The brand-new 9 AI Processor Gen6 will bring LG's most recent TV innovations to the Z3, G3, and C3 OLED evo series televisions. These innovations include brighter displays, improved color accuracy, and advanced AI capabilities. In order to provide enhanced upscaling, enhanced dynamic tone mapping, and virtual 9.1.2 surround sound, the brand-new Alpha series processor makes use of AI-assisted Deep Learning technologies like AI Picture Pro and AI Sound Pro.

LG's new Brightness Booster Max technology, which "incorporates brand-new light control and architecture and light-boosting algorithms to increase brightness by up to 70%" in comparison to previous models, and a new One Wall Design that leaves no visible gap when wall mounted, will also be beneficial to the LG OLED evo G30 series.

LG's 2023 OLED TV lineup has also received eco-friendly upgrades as part of its sustainability initiative, promising a more environmentally conscious life cycle from production to disposal. In addition, recycled plastic will be used for a number of the TV's components, and the eco-friendly packaging will be printed in a single color and made of recyclable materials.

The most recent release of LG's in-house TV operating system, webOS, will also be incorporated into its 2023 OLED TV lineup to provide a more modern user experience. A new home screen with a variety of personalization options, new "Quick Cards" for quick access to favorite content, and recommendations based on previous viewings are all part of the update. "This provides each user with a curated list of content choices based on their past usage and search inquiries, and provides a selection of trending content for them to browse," LG claims that the update will also include a new AI Concierge.

In addition, LG's 2023 OLED TV lineup will include a number of HDMI 2.1-compliant features, such as variable refresh rate, G-Sync and FreeSync compatibility, Quick Media Switching VRR (QMS-VRR) to eliminate the brief black screen when switching between content from various sources, and more. We anticipate receiving additional information when we visit LG's booth at CES 2023 later this week, although the company has not yet disclosed all of the lineup's details.
