Instagram has launched a feature called "quiet mode" that allows users to disable notifications and send auto-replies.
When the feature is enabled, the status of the profile will also change.
In a blog post, the company stated, "We will prompt teens to enable Quiet mode when they spend a specific amount of time on Instagram late at night." The feature is currently available in the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, with plans to expand to additional nations soon.
How to enable Quiet Mode on Instagram
Step 1: Go to the settings
section of Instagram.
Step 2: Select notification
options.
Step 3: Select to enable quiet
mode and pause all.
“You won’t receive push notifications, but you will be able to see new
notifications when you open Instagram,” you will be prompted to do
so.
Step 4: Select the time period
for which you wish to pause the notification.
