R'Bonney Gabriel of the United States has been crowned Miss Universe 2022! At the grand finale of the 71st Miss Universe, the diva was crowned by Harnaaz Sandhu, Miss Universe 2021. On January 15, the event was held in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA.
At the Miss Universe 2022 final event, R'Bonney Gabriel looked stunning in a
sparkling gown. She wore a dress embellished with crystals and styled it
with big jewels.

In the 71st edition of the pageant, Andreina Martinez of the Dominican Republic finished second to Venezuela's Amanda Dudamel, who finished first. Divita Rai of Karnataka represented India this year. Over eighty contestants vied for the title of Miss Universe 2022. Divita reached the top 16 teams.
As she was crowned her successor at the event, Harnaaz Sandhu, who brought the Miss Universe title back to India in 2021 after nearly two decades, glowed in a stunning black gown with an ornate train. She also made an appearance on the stage at the grand finale in a traditional lehenga.
